I teach the Personal Financial Responsibilities and Planning for College and Careers courses in the Business Department.

I am a native of Kentland, and this is my third year as part of the Hanover Central High School staff as a Business Education teacher.  I am a graduate of South Newton High School, have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education from Indiana State University with an endorsement in vocational education from Ball State University and earned her Master’s in Education from Indiana Wesleyan University.  I have taught at various Indiana schools, and most recently at Sugar River Valley Regional Technical Center in Newport, New Hampshire.

I reside in Rensselaer with my husband, Dave.  Our marriage made me an instant Mom to two grown children. We now have 6 beautiful grandbabies. I loved New Hampshire for its scenery year round, but am grateful to be back in Indiana close to family and friends.

I am looking forward to a great year at Hanover Central and feel this to be a great place to continue my lifelong learning and also use my skills and passion to create a positive and professional atmosphere for my students.
