Hanover Central High School's
Student Assistance Program
Hanover Central High School has two Student Assistance Program (SAP) teams who meet regularly with parents and students to identify strategies to improve student performance. The SAP teams are comprised of a group of school professionals who work closely with teachers and parents. One team focuses on students who are freshman and sophomores while one team focuses on students who are juniors and seniors. The teams accept referrals from members of the school community and parents about students who are experiencing academic, behavioral, social, and/or emotional difficulties that interfere with their education. The teams collect information and develop plans that build upon the students’ strengths and meet their needs.
For more information on the SAP teams, please contact Miss Monica Kazda at (219) 374-3800, x3823.
