Applying for Free and Reduced Meals Just Got Easier!
Applying Online - Go to www.mymealtime.com and DO NOT log in. There is an orange box that states it is time to apply online. Click on the orange box first and that will take you to the log in page. Sorry for the confusion.
To Use Mealtime Online:
Visit your school or school district web site and locate the link to the school nutrition page. Find the link to Mealtime Online which will take you to Mealtime Online page.
Or go directly to: www.mymealtime.com
Step 1: Create a Mealtime Online profile if you do not already have one that you use with Mealtime Pay Online. Click on the "Create new profile" link and enter a Username and Password that you will use to login to Mealtime Online.
Step 2: Login to your Mealtime Online account (using the Username and Password that you created in Step 1).
Step 3: Click the following link:
Then follow the wizard to create your application. You will need your student’s first name and district ID number to proceed.
You will receive notification regarding the determination of the application within 10 business days.
You can still print out an application from the link below and turn it in to any schools office
Please make sure you are filling out the 2021-2022 application.
Meal Assistance applications may be submitted all year long. Please feel free to complete an application at any time throughout the school year if your household has a change in income.
- The student's meal status will be updated in our computer system and a letter of status determination will be sent home. Applications may take up to 10 days to be processed. You are responsible for any meal costs or charges made while your application is being processed. Applications may take up to 10 days to be processed.
Income on applications is always listed as gross income or before taxes are taken out.
Attention all families approved by application for Meal Assistance during the 2020-2021 school year: Your benefits will carry over to the new school year for 30 business days but YOU MUST FILL OUT A NEW APPLICATION BY September 29, 2021. Failure to apply by September 29, 2021 will result in being dropped from the program.

To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: http://www.ascr.usda.gov/complaint_filing_cust.html, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form. To request a copy of the complaint form, call (866) 632-9992. Submit your completed form or letter to USDA by:
