    At Lincoln Elementary School membership on the Student Council is limited to 25  fourth grade students each year.  
     
    Students who are chosen to serve are actively engaged in several projects each year that will require time after and/or before school.
     
    At the beginning of each school year students may apply for the student council by submitting the following:
     
    *Fill out an application. 
    *Make an "All About Me Poster" on why you are the best choice for student council.
