I look forward to meeting and working with your child. I began teaching in 2004 in East Chicago and moved over to Hanover in 2009. I taught 7th grade Reading until 2014 when I was out of the classroom due to an injury. When I returned in 2015 I worked with the 7th grade English teachers until I made the move to Academic Focus in 2016. In 2017 I took on the challenge of teaching Science. I have a Bachelors in Elementary Education from IU and a Masters in Educational Administration from Purdue. My husband, also a teacher, and I have two children and three dogs. My spare time is spent reading or dragging my family to the movies.
